Hudson YardsThe largest private development project in the history of the United States at a cost of $20+ billion will fit six major skyscrapers including a 1,337 footer (408 m) supertall with an observation deck on Manhattan's Far West Side to include commercial offices, 100 retail shops, 20 restaurants and bars, a school, and 14 acres (56,655 square meters) of park on 26 acres (105,218.2669 Square meters) above an elevated platform on an active train yard. 16+ other skyscrapers for residential, other offices and more retail have been built and under construction and renovation.
