"Too often I enjoy toying with a photo I've taken in Adobe Lightroom with all kinds of development tricks and colours not always depicted in the actual camera photo. The tones, the darks and lights, seem to reflect whatever mood I am currently experiencing. I prefer writing in my darkest state and the weather is stormy and ominous, and it's raining like cats and dogs, or dense fog has swallowed the entire city and visible are only the top of the tallest bldgs, the hills and Mount Sutro Tower above Twin Peaks. I suspect I would be very happy in Seattle or Vancouver. Lightroom is kind of like painting when I am not painting or re-inventing a real place in a fictional story. It's far less draining to do Lightroom and somewhat more relaxing than writing or painting...though the high is less brilliant..." --Charles Pearson Comments are closed.
