Getting back into the groove of writing is a great achievement. Nothing I know on earth surpasses the high one gets through writing.
It is satisfying as my love for SAK.
Got back into the groove of writing through re-writing edge of night episode 3381 re-imagined.
On Sunday, January 24, I found an old piece and draft of a soap opera parody I created years ago for the boys in our Residential Lending Marketing and Finance (Accting) Depts...called Paperwork or Paperweight since one of the characters is eventually murdered by paperweight. Our Bank of America offices was located then at 50 California in our new acquired Security Pacific Offices.
Bank of America in the story is known as Bank of Just Desserts. San Francisco is St. Francis. Each character has the first name of one of our staff members and their last names are based on what I thought of them: Glenn W. was Glenn Worncrap. Michael W. was Micheal Witty. Joel Luebkeman (Charles's crush in those days) was Joel Lean&slim. Charles P. was Chase Lubricant. Bill Brayle, Glenn and Michael's crush, was Bill Bra. Rick L of Financ who Glenn nor Michael or I could stand was Rick Littledick. I read one episode and rather liked it after all these years. Pure camp!
However, I was unable to re-work the episode due to my macbook being down. It crashed the other night when you could say I shut it down improperly in an improper situation...
My appt with Apple to fix it isn't until tomorrow evening, Jan 26, at 6:15 p.m.
