There is always a pretty face of man or woman to gaze in Elliotborough's at Fuel on Rutledge Avenue in Charleston. Fuel is inexpensive and specializes in Carribean and Jamaican small plates. The bar provides specialty drinks and draft beer. Out back is patio seating, and dogs allowed.
On warm days, garage doors swing open where leather-back booths now fit.
Fuel used to be an Esso station, which is no longer in use. However, they've kept a few pumps and remnants of it's former gas station life though you can't gas up anymore.
